May 7, 2008- Lori appears in Vancouver 24 hours, having a drink at the Okanagan Wine Festival.
April 1, 2008- Lori has finished work on the film Tale of the Tree. She played the character of Raine, a young woman shattered by her sisters death and caught up in drugs and suicidal thoughts. This gritty and beautifully shot film, shot on location in and around Vancouver, is entering into post production. Festival dates are to be announced.

Lori has finished work on both of her guidebook contracts. Read her work in the shopping chapter of Explorer Publishing’s Vancouver Explorer: The Complete Residents’ Guide. Also coming out this year is Sasquatch Books’ 17th edition of Best Places Northwest. Lori revised the Vancouver & Environs, as well as the Victoria & Vancouver Island sections.
